Certification Audit Readiness Module

An audit readiness module compiles the specific records a certification standard (ASC, BAP, GlobalG.A.P.) requires an auditor to review, treatment logs with withdrawal period compliance, feed traceability back to approved suppliers, water discharge monitoring results, worker safety records, into a structured, exportable package mapped directly to that standard's checklist items, replacing the common alternative of a farm scrambling to manually assemble scattered records in the weeks before a scheduled audit. Because different certification schemes require overlapping but not identical evidence, a farm pursuing multiple certifications benefits from a module that maps each underlying data record to multiple standards' requirements simultaneously rather than maintaining separate parallel documentation efforts for each scheme. The most valuable readiness modules run continuous self-checks rather than only generating a report on demand, flagging a compliance gap, a missing treatment record, an overdue water sampling, as it occurs during normal operations so it gets corrected within the certification period rather than being discovered as an audit finding after the fact. Because certification audits rely heavily on the underlying audit trail's integrity, a readiness module is only as credible as the tamper-evident record-keeping feeding it, which is why the two features are typically built and evaluated together rather than as independent capabilities.
