Bring the whole seafood value chain, from juvenile production to harvest and from processing to shipment, into one database.

End-to-end traceability

Lots and batches are traced from the hatchery to the customer.

Integrated costing

Feed, labour and energy costs are allocated to each batch and kilogram.

Modular structure

Start with the products you need and expand as you grow.

One chain, many handovers

Seafood moves through several stages, and each stage is often run by a different team or company: the hatchery produces juveniles, the farm grows them, the processing plant harvests and packs them, and logistics delivers them to customers. Information is usually lost at each handover. The farm does not know the juvenile batch’s history in detail, the processor does not see feeding and treatment records, and the sales team cannot answer a buyer’s question about origin without making phone calls. Aquaculture management software keeps the whole chain in one database, so each stage starts with the information the previous stage recorded.

What end-to-end means in practice

  • A juvenile batch is recorded at the hatchery with its broodstock origin and health history.
  • When it is stocked, the farm sees that history and adds feeding, growth, mortality and treatments.
  • At harvest, a lot is created that carries the batch’s full history into processing.
  • Processing records yield, waste and packing lots, and the cold chain logs storage and transport temperatures.
  • Sales and shipment records show which customer received which lot.

A question such as “which customers received fish from the batch treated in March?” is then answered from the system rather than reconstructed from files.

Costing that follows the product

Because costs are recorded where they arise, each batch and each kilogram carries its share of feed, juveniles, labour and energy. When the batch becomes processed products, those costs follow it, adjusted for yield. This shows the real margin by product, customer and site, and reveals where costs rise unexpectedly, for example a batch whose feed cost per kilogram is well above comparable batches.

Growing in modules

Few companies need every stage at once. A farm can start with farm management and add traceability when buyers ask for it; a group with its own hatchery and processing plant can connect them step by step. Each module adds to the same data rather than creating a new silo. Multi-site groups compare their sites in one panel without consolidating spreadsheets.

Getting started

Every rollout starts with a process analysis that maps your stages, units and products and agrees a roadmap. Existing records are migrated, each role is trained on the screens it uses, and a team that knows aquaculture provides 24/7 support. Where your workflow needs something specific, sector features can be developed to fit it.

Frequently asked questions

Do all stages have to be in the same company?

No. The system is designed for single companies and for groups, and access is controlled by role and site, so each user sees only their area.

Can we start with one site?

Yes. You can start with a single site and grow to a multi-site group without changing platform.
